For lamps on a cable, 1 pc. means 1 lamp. Section division and connectors for the boom folding points are ordered separately. Details on putting the set together can be found in the product descriptions and below the list.

How to put together sprayer lighting?
1. Choose the lamp colour and spacing
- White ZLD 2644 – 25 cm spacing;
- White ZLD 2644 – 50 cm spacing;
- White ZLD 2644 – 70 cm spacing;
- Blue ZLD 2645 – 50 cm spacing.
Spacing means the distance between the centres of adjacent lamps. Match it to the layout of the lighting points on the boom.
2. Order the number of lamps you need
1 pc. = 1 lamp, not 1 metre of cable or a set for the whole boom. When ordering several lamps on a cable you receive one continuous string. Its ends are left without connectors: 12.5 cm each for 25 cm spacing, 25 cm each for 50 cm spacing or 35 cm each for 70 cm spacing.
3. Choose sections and connectors for a folding boom
Order the section division in a quantity equal to the number of sections: 3 sections = 3 pcs. of the service. Each section gets a Superseal socket and plug – the connectors are included in the price of the service.
The 1 m connector with Superseal socket and plug provides slack at the boom folding point. Order one for each folding point between sections. Typically 3 sections need 2 connectors; the design may require more.
4. Give the lamp division in the order notes
Enter the number of lamps in each section, e.g. "Divide 20 lamps into sections: 6+8+6." The total must match the number of lamps ordered. The order and position of sections do not matter for making the installation.
Lamp with connectors and spare housing
ZLD 2644/1 is a single white lamp with 25 cm of cable on each side and a Superseal plug and socket. It is used for connecting lamps yourself or replacing a single lamp in an existing section.
The HOR 106 black ABS housing/holder is a spare part. The mounting holder already comes with the lamps on a cable; an extra one can be bought as a spare or after damage.
Example order – 27 m boom
Example layout with 50 cm spacing: 54 lamps, 11 sections and 10 folding points. Order 54 pcs. of lamps, 11 pcs. of section division and 10 pcs. of connector.
Order note: "Divide 54 lamps into sections: 4+5+5+6+5+4+5+6+5+5+4."
