We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How long does it take?
The processing time consists of two stages:
- Preparation for shipping – usually 1 – 2 working days, at the latest 7 working days. If a longer time is stated in the product description, the time from the description applies.
- Delivery by the carrier – in Poland usually 1 – 2 working days, abroad 3 – 7 working days (see Shipping and delivery times).
If the order contains products with different preparation times, we ship them together once all are ready – unless we agree otherwise with you.
When does the time start?
- Prepayment (bank transfer, online payment, card, BLIK) – from receipt of payment or confirmation of payment by the payment provider.
- Cash on delivery (Poland only) – from confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we deliver goods to consumers no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.
