    1. the Seller has refused to bring the Goods into conformity in accordance with section 3;
    2. the Seller has not brought the Goods into conformity;
    3. the lack of conformity persists even though the Seller has tried to bring the Goods into conformity;

  5. The Customer may not withdraw from the contract if the lack of conformity of the Goods is insignificant. The lack of conformity is presumed to be significant.

  7. A complaint may be submitted in writing to ul. Cienista 78, 05-092 Kiełpin, Poland, or by e-mail to zemot@zemot.pl. It is recommended to give the Order number, a description of the lack of conformity, the request and contact details; the absence of this information does not affect the validity of the complaint.

  2. The Seller accepts warranty claims: in writing at ul. Cienista 78, 05-092 Kiełpin, Poland, or by e-mail at zemot@zemot.pl. The Seller forwards the claim to the guarantor and informs the Customer of the outcome.

§ 8. Right of withdrawal

  1. The Consumer and the Business with Consumer Rights may withdraw from the Sales Contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by them, other than the carrier, took possession of the Goods. 2. The Customer may withdraw from the contract:
    1. using the Withdrawal Function – the "Withdraw from the contract here" link in the footer of every page of the Online Shop, available throughout the withdrawal period. 5. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.
  6. The Seller refunds to the Customer all payments received from them, including the cost of delivering the Goods, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day of receipt of the statement of withdrawal. The Seller does not refund additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered in the Online Shop for the given country. The refund is made in accordance with § 4(10).
  7. The Seller may withhold the refund until it has received the Goods back or until the Customer has supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
