What does the price include?

1 pc. = 1 ZLD 2645 lamp with blue light, with 25 cm of cable on each side, without terminations, and a mounting holder included.

When several pieces are ordered, we prepare the lamps as one string, with 50 cm spacing between the centres of adjacent lamps. Both ends of the finished string have 25 cm of unterminated cable.

The price does not include connectors, splitters, additional holders or additional services. The mounting holder of each lamp is included; M4 screws and cable ties for fixing it are not included.

How to order the lamps?

In the quantity field, enter the total number of lamps you need. For example, 20 pcs. means 20 lamps in one string, spaced every 50 cm. The quantity refers to lamps, not metres of cable or the number of sections.

Choose the number of lamps and the spacing to match the layout of the lighting points on your boom.

Folding boom – splitting the installation into sections

If you need a split into sections, add to your order:

1. Sprayer lighting section split – as many pieces as the number of sections you want. 3 sections = 3 pcs. One piece covers the preparation of one section, terminated with a Superseal socket and plug. The connectors are included in the service price.
2. Sprayer nozzle lamp connector – one for each boom folding point between sections. One connector is 1 metre of cable with a Superseal socket and plug. It provides slack at the folding point, protecting the installation from being torn off. With 3 sections, 2 connectors are normally needed; order more if the boom design requires it.

What to enter in the order notes?

When ordering the split, state the number of lamps in each section. The sum must match the number of lamps ordered. For example: “Split 20 lamps into sections: 8+6+6. Spacing 50 cm, blue light.”

The order and position of the sections do not matter for making the installation.

Example of a complete order – 27 m boom

Example configuration with 50 cm spacing: 54 lamps, 11 sections and 10 folding points.

• 54 pcs. of lamps with 50 cm spacing;
• 11 pcs. of section split;
• 10 pcs. of 1 m connector.

Order note: “Split 54 lamps into sections: 4+5+5+6+5+4+5+6+5+5+4.”

This is an example of a specific layout. Choose the number of lamps and sections to match the lighting points and folding points of your boom.

• Cable: flat 2x0.75 mm², rectangular cross-section.
