LED lamps for lighting sprayer nozzles ZLD 2644 – Horpol

Horpol ZLD 2644 LED lamps are designed for lighting sprayer nozzles. We prepare the lamps on a flat 2x0.75 mm² cable with a spacing of 50 cm between lamp centres.

What does the price include?

1 pc. = 1 ZLD 2644 lamp.

When you order several pieces, you receive the lamps connected in one continuous string. For example, if you order 20 pcs., we will prepare a string of 20 lamps.

The spacing between the centres of consecutive lamps is 50 cm. Without section division, 25 cm of unterminated cable remains at both ends of the finished string.

Each lamp comes with a mounting holder. The holder can be fixed to the boom with an M4 bolt or a cable tie. The bolt and tie are not included.

How to order the lamps?

In the quantity field, enter the total number of lamps needed for the whole sprayer boom.

If you do not need the installation divided, you do not have to provide any additional configuration. You will receive one string with the ordered number of lamps.

Folding boom – dividing the installation into sections

If the installation is to be divided according to the sections of a folding boom, additional items are needed:

• Sprayer lighting section division – order as many pieces as the number of sections we are to divide the installation into. One piece covers preparing one section and terminating it with a Superseal socket on one side and a plug on the other.
• Sprayer nozzle lamp connector – 1 pc. is 1 metre of cable terminated with a Superseal socket on one side and a plug on the other. The connector is used at the boom folding point to leave enough cable slack when the boom is folded.

As standard, there is one boom folding point between each pair of adjacent sections. Therefore, 5 sections usually need 4 connectors. Depending on the sprayer design, you can order more.

What to write in the order notes?

If you order the installation divided into sections, give the number of lamps in each section in the notes.

Example:

"Divide the lamps into sections: 4+5+5+6+5+4+5+6+5+5+4"

The order in which the sections are arranged is not needed to make the installation.

Example of a complete order – 27 m boom

For a 27 m boom with the layout:

4 + 5 + 5 + 6 + 5 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 5 + 5 + 4

order:

• 54 pcs. of ZLD 2644 lamps – this product,
• 11 pcs. of the Sprayer lighting section division service,
• 10 pcs. of the Sprayer nozzle lamp connector.

In the order notes enter:

"Divide 54 lamps into sections: 4+5+5+6+5+4+5+6+5+5+4."
