Sprayer lighting section split with Superseal socket and plug termination Horpol

What does the price include?

1 pc. covers the preparation of one complete lighting section: splitting the ordered lamps on the cable and terminating the section with a Superseal socket on one end and a Superseal plug on the other.

The connectors are included in the price of the service – there is no need to buy them separately. Lamps and connecting cables between sections are ordered separately.

How many pieces to order?

Order as many pieces of this product as the number of sections you want to receive. 3 sections = 3 pcs., 5 sections = 5 pcs., 11 sections = 11 pcs. The quantity means the number of finished sections, not the number of cable cuts.

How to put together your order?

• Choose the colour and spacing of the lamps, then order their total number.
• Add as many pieces of the section split as the number of sections you need.
• Add 1 m connecting cables – one for each folding point of the boom between sections. Typically 2 connecting cables are needed for 3 sections; the boom design may require more.
• In the order notes, state the number of lamps in each section.

What to write in the order notes?

Example for 20 ordered lamps and 3 sections: "Split 20 lamps into sections: 6+8+6."

The sum of the numbers must match the number of ordered lamps. The order and arrangement of the sections are not relevant for making the installation.

Choose the lamps to split

• White ZLD 2644 – 25 cm spacing
• White ZLD 2644 – 50 cm spacing
• White ZLD 2644 – 70 cm spacing
• Blue ZLD 2645 – 50 cm spacing

Example of a complete order – 27 m boom

Example configuration with 50 cm spacing: 54 lamps, 11 sections and 10 folding points.

• 54 pcs. of lamps with 50 cm spacing;
• 11 pcs. of section split;
• 10 pcs. of 1 m connecting cable.

Order note: "Split 54 lamps into sections: 4+5+5+6+5+4+5+6+5+5+4."

This is an example of a specific layout. Choose the number of lamps and sections to match the arrangement of the lighting points and folding points of your boom.
