- Free shipping within Poland for orders over PLN 400.
- Below this amount and for shipments abroad, the price depends on the country and the chosen shipping method.
- You will see the exact shipping cost in the cart before placing your order – we do not charge any fees afterwards.

Cash on delivery is only available for delivery within Poland.
When do we ship the parcel?
We usually prepare the order for shipping within 1 – 2 working days, at the latest within 7 working days – unless a longer time is stated in the product description. Details can be found on the Order processing time page.
Personal collection
You can collect your order free of charge at: ul. Cienista 78, 05-092 Kiełpin, Poland, on working days, after receiving an e-mail from us that it is ready. Please contact us in advance (+48 503 082 662, we communicate in English by phone) to arrange a collection time.
