Bulb-type Horpol LZT 478 rear combination lamp from the HOR 45 group for the right side of trailers and semi-trailers.

Its distinguishing feature is the rear fog light; it also has a direction indicator, stop light and position light with number plate lighting. The 12 V or 24 V voltage depends on the bulbs used.

The lamp has a category IIIA triangular reflective device.
