How do they differ from LED versions?
A bulb lamp has a replaceable bulb in a socket inside the housing — when the light stops working, only the bulb is replaced, not the whole lamp. It is cheaper to buy, popular in older vehicles and machines and where the wiring is not adapted for LEDs.
Colours and use
The white lens is fitted at the front of the vehicle, amber on the sides, red at the rear — in accordance with regulations on vehicle outline marking. Some models have a built-in reflector that works passively, reflecting the light of other vehicles – even when the lights are off.
Mounting
The mounting side in this category is universal — the lamp can be fitted on either side of the vehicle without restrictions resulting from the housing design.
